Terms and services

General Terms

  • Prices are subject to change based on demand.

  • I have my rights to reject any order for any reason

  • Only accepting one/two artwork per slot.

  • DM me on Twitter to inquire!

Payment

  • Accepting both USD and RM. USD to be paid via Paypal and RM via any local Malaysia bank.

  • Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split payment of 50% within the process time frame.

  • 50% deposit of the commission price must be paid before I get started on the artwork.

Process & Delivery

  • The time frame to complete your commission would vary within 1-3 weeks, this is depending on how complex the artwork is.

  • Any tight deadlines would be charge a 20% extra of the actual price of the commission.

  • A high resolution file (PSD) would be sent to you once I have finished your piece. I'm not opening any prints at the moment, but will update if I have any plans for it.

Revision and changes

  • Only limiting to 3 revisions on the draft sketch.

  • You may NOT tell me to change more than 50% of the sketch, this includes the pose, camera angle and the character itself.

  • You may NOT tell me to change anything once the lineart and coloring is done.

  • I will only proceed to both lineart and color after it's approved by YOU (the commissioner).

Copyright & 

Usage

  • You may repost my art and use it as your profile icon/banner etc as long as you credit the artwork in your bio!

  • You are NOT allowed to modify my artworks without my consent.

  • You are NOT allowed to resell or claim any of my commissions or artworks.

  • I may or may not post your commission artwork as my art portfolio on social media. If you do not want me to post them, please state so and I'll kindly abide.

Cancellation &

Refund Policy

  • The commissioner is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.

  • If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel your order before I start on the artwork, you get a full refund.

  • If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

  • If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

What do you get?

  • Draft/sketches that you must decide upon before I continue working on it (depending on the complexity of the commission, there might be fewer or more drafts sent to you.

  • Sketch/final sketches that you must approve before I continue with the progress.

  • I may or may not be streaming the commission progress on my Twitch channel. 

  • Full resolution file (PSD format, 300 DPI) of final drawing and a smaller version on social media. Final formatted files will be either PNG or JPEG.
